FYI for everyone. Beeks has started to be a popular parking spot.

I've worked and parked there for years and never had an issue getting a spot. The only times it got full was for big games (like this one). But this year it has been full even for Richmond and MTSU. I get there about 90-120 minutes before the game.
Unfortunately for me, it seems as though the secret has gotten out. Haha
